Delivery Policy


1. The company offers free delivery services within the vicinity of the showroom location. Management reserves the right to determine which items qualify for delivery services and the associated lead times.

2. Deliveries may occur at odd hours due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or accidents. If the client does not agree to this, they MUST inform us in writing in advance.

3. We do not guarantee an exact delivery time.

If time assurance is required, we do offer Express Delivery Service, which incurs extra charges and charges are calculated based on your location.

4. Failure to receive goods on the scheduled delivery date will incur charges for a second delivery. These charges are at the company’s discretion.

5. If the client needs to change the agreed delivery date, we must be notified at least one day in advance. Any delivery canceled after dispatch will incur charges for a second delivery, at the company's discretion.

6. Our delivery team is not responsible for dismantling any previous items (e.g., beds, sofas, furniture panels) to make space for the assembly of newly delivered products. Customers are required to ensure that the delivery and assembly area is clear and accessible.


  • Due to the size and nature of our products, clients must also ensure a clear path from the parking area to the final placement location.


  • The company and our delivery team will not be responsible for clearing obstructions, nor for any damage or loss of items during delivery.

Installation

1. Children should not be allowed in the room where installation is taking place. The company will not be responsible for the safety of children.

2. Delivery will be made to the customer’s provided address within our designated delivery parameters. For apartment buildings, Dr. Mattress will deliver items up to the 4th floor, where access permits. Elevators must be functional and accessible where applicable.


  • We do not deliver items beyond the 4th floor. Upon delivery, you will be required to inspect the items and confirm that they have been received in good condition.


  • If your residence is located above the 4th floor, you may arrange your own manpower to move the items beyond this point. Please note that the company will not be liable for any damage or defects that occur during handling by third-party or customer-arranged personnel.


  • Our team will be available to assist with assembly once the items have been moved to the designated area, provided this is done promptly.
