Warranty & Return Policy
1. We offer a limited structural warranty on the following items:
SPRING MATTRESSES:
10-year limited structural warranty if purchased with a Dr. Mattress or DrM Furniture bed.
SPRING MATTRESSES:
5-year limited structural warranty if purchased without a Dr. Mattress or DrM Furniture bed.
FOAM MATTRESSES:
5-year limited structural warranty.
BEDS:
5-year limited structural warranty.
SOFAS:
2-year limited structural warranty.

Pillows
Textiles
Baby mattresses
Baby cribs
Furniture panel products
Toppers
2. Measurement & Custom Orders
To help avoid any inconvenience, clients are required to confirm the interior dimensions of their bed in centimeters before placing a mattress order. Measurements should be taken from the inside of the bed frame to ensure accuracy.
Please note that customized or non-standard (odd-sized) items are priced differently from standard sizes. Once production has commenced, such orders cannot be canceled.
All customized or non-standard items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Clients are advised to visit one of our showrooms to select products that best meet their comfort preferences.
3. Customers must report any damage to items delivered within 24 hours. Claims made after this period will not be accepted. Clients should ensure they are personally available to receive the items or designate, in writing, a trusted individual to accept the delivery. This avoids situations where unauthorized individuals such as security personnel, neighbors, household staff, or children receive the items.
4. The company provides showrooms where clients can touch (the textiles and feel of the fabrics), test, and select the right items. The right choice depends on one's preference, budget, body shape, weight, and comfort.
5. Textiles, pillows, toppers, baby items, beds, sofas, and furniture panel items do not have a return or exchange policy. Clients should visit the showroom to make their selection.
Important Notes on Mattresses
1. 30-Day Return Policy (Standard Pocket Spring Mattresses)
We offer a 30-day return policy on our standard pocket spring mattresses, applicable only when the mattress is purchased together with the company’s waterproof mattress cover.
The 30-day return is limited to a one-time reselection only. Burns, cuts, liquid stains, or folding the mattress void the warranty, as these can damage its structure. The mattress must also be protected from physical abrasion, misuse, improper handling, and the use of an unsuitable base or support, as these may compromise its integrity and void the warranty.
2. Exclusions to the 30-Day Reselection Policy
The 30-day reselection policy does not apply to standard sizes (4.5ft, 4ft, 3.5ft, and 3ft) for the following mattresses: Contour Pro, Contour Supreme XF, Contour Visco, Contour Latex, Contour Royalty, and Naturmatt.
Foam mattresses are not eligible for return and do not have a return policy.
3. Naturmatt Mattresses Return Policy
The 30-day return policy applies only to the following imported sizes: 152×200 cm, 150×200 cm, 183×200 cm, and 180×200 cm, and only if the mattress is purchased together with the company’s waterproof encasement.
This policy does not apply to the following Naturmatt sizes:
90×190 cm / 90×200 cm
107×190 cm / 107×200 cm
122×190 cm / 122×200 cm / 120×200 cm
152×190 cm / 183×190 cm
137×190 cm / 137×200 cm
4. Mattress Support Requirements
All mattresses must be used on proper, flat support. A bed frame or base with slats more than one inch apart, an unstable foundation, or the use of an adjustable base can damage the mattress and void the warranty.
