MILELE SAFI Foam Mattresses comes in 4 different thicknesses.

• 3 inch and 4 inch thicknesses provides sufficient comfort for children below 12 years old and can be in ideal use for school, camping and short-term floor mattresses. 
• 4 inch and 6 inch thicknesses can provide sufficient comfort for adults who weigh below 100 kg.
• 8 inch thickness is recommended for adults over 100 kg weight.

• 5-year structural warranty - Mattress only (manufacturing defects only)

• Warranty void if: folding, bending, burns, cuts, tears, stains, liquids, misuse

• No returns/exchanges after in-store testing

• 30-day one-time reselection - ONLY for Standard pocket spring mattress + waterproof cover

• Damage reporting: within 24 hours of delivery

• Late damage report: KES 2,500 facilitation fee (repair free if defect is manufacturing, user-related repairs charged separately)

• Factory assessment: Free if brought to Tatu City, Ruiru; presence required

• Delivery done within showroom area; management sets eligible items and lead times.

• Times may vary due to traffic or unforeseen events; express delivery available for a fee.

• Client or authorized person must receive items.

• Missed or rescheduled deliveries may incur a fee; notify 1 day in advance.

• Cancellations after dispatch may also incur a fee.
