• Damage reporting: within 24 hours of delivery

• A base with slats should not have gaps exceeding 2 inches between slats.
• Do not fold or bend the mattress while carrying.
• Foam loses its characteristics when exposed to liquid - avoid any spillage.
• A waterproof mattress protector is recommended.
