• Warranty is void if: The product has been folded, bent, burned, cut, torn, stained, exposed to liquids, or misused.
• No returns or exchanges after in-store testing.
• 30-Day One-Time Reselection: ONLY for Standard Pocket Spring mattresses purchased with a waterproof cover.
• Damage Reporting: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Late Damage Reports: A KES 2,500 facilitation fee applies. Repairs are free where the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue. User-related repairs are charged separately.
• Factory Assessment: Free when the product is brought to Tatu City, Ruiru. The customer must be present during the assessment.

• Delivery done within showroom area; management sets eligible items and lead times.

• Times may vary due to traffic or unforeseen events; express delivery available for a fee.

• Client or authorized person must receive items.

• Missed or rescheduled deliveries may incur a fee; notify 1 day in advance.

• Cancellations after dispatch may also incur a fee.

• Ensure a clear path; we are not responsible for obstructions, damage, or loss.

• Disagree with variable timing? Notify us in writing before delivery.

Handling:

• Carry with at least two people.
• Do not fold, roll, or jump on the mattress, this damages the springs and fillings.

Support:

• Use a good-quality bed/base.
• For slatted bases, gaps must not exceed 1.75 in (4.5 cm). Use a flat board if wider.

Protection & Care:

• Keep the mattress dry.
• Use a waterproof protector and avoid plastic sheets.
• After unpacking, leave the mattress uncovered for a few hours to air.
• Air regularly by folding back bed linen.
• Turnable: flip and rotate regularly.
• No-turn: rotate regularly.
• Avoid sitting repeatedly on the same edge.

Packaging:

• Supplied in a reusable plastic bag.
• Keep out of reach of children and retain for guarantee purposes.
