Handling:

• Always carry the mattress with at least two people.
• Do not fold, bend, roll, or jump on the mattress, as this can damage the springs and fillings.

Support:

• Use a sturdy, good-quality bed/base.
• For slatted bases, ensure gaps are no more than 4.5 cm (1.75 in). If wider, use a flat support board.

Cleaning & Protection:

• Keep the mattress dry at all times. .
• Use a waterproof mattress protector and avoid plastic covers.
• Air your mattress regularly by folding back bed linen.
• Turnable mattresses: flip and rotate regularly.
• No-turn mattresses: rotate regularly.
• Avoid sitting repeatedly on the same edge to prevent border damage.

Packaging:

• Delivered in a reusable plastic bag. Keep out of reach of children and retain for warranty purposes.
