Handling:

• Always carry with at least two people.

• Do not fold, roll, or jump on the mattress, this can damage the spring unit, quilt, and tufts.

Support:

• Ensure your bed/base is in good condition.

• For slatted beds, gaps must not exceed 1.75 in (4.5 cm); if wider, use a flat support board.

Cleaning & Protection:

• Keep the mattress dry at all times; any liquid stain will nullify the guarantee.

• Use a waterproof mattress protector; avoid plastic sheets, which can cause condensation damage.

• After unpacking, leave it uncovered for a few hours.

• Air regularly by folding back bed linen to allow air circulation.

• Turnable mattresses: Flip and rotate regularly to ensure even settlement and prolong lifespan.
• No-turn mattresses: Rotate often for even wear.

• Avoid sitting repeatedly on the same edge, as this may damage the borders.

Packaging:

• Delivered in a reusable plastic bag.

• Keep out of reach of children and retain for guarantee purposes.
