180x200cm., 150x200cm. and 120x200cm. pocket spring mattresses are considered as standard sizes and their prices are same as 183x200cm., 152x200cm. and 122x200cm. prices, respectively.

• Factory assessment: Free if brought to Tatu City, Ruiru; presence required

• Delivery done within showroom area; management sets eligible items and lead times.

• Times may vary due to traffic or unforeseen events; express delivery available for a fee.

• Client or authorized person must receive items.

• Missed or rescheduled deliveries may incur a fee; notify 1 day in advance.

• Cancellations after dispatch may also incur a fee.

• Ensure a clear path; we are not responsible for obstructions, damage, or loss.

• Disagree with variable timing? Notify us in writing before delivery.

Handling:

• Always carry the mattress with at least two people.
• Do not fold, roll, or jump on the mattress - this may damage the spring unit, quilt, and tufts.

Support:

• Ensure your bed/base is in good condition.
• For slatted bases, gaps must not exceed 1.75 inches (4.5 cm). If wider, use a flat support board.
• A damaged or inferior base may negatively affect the mattress.

Protection & Care:

• Keep the mattress dry at all times.
• Use a waterproof mattress protector.
• Avoid plastic sheets, as they cause condensation damage.
• After unpacking, leave the mattress uncovered for a few hours to air.
• Air regularly by folding back bed linen to allow air circulation.
• Turnable mattresses: flip and rotate regularly to ensure even settlement and prolong lifespan.
• No-turn mattresses: rotate regularly for even wear.
• Avoid sitting repeatedly on the same edge, as this may damage the borders.

Packaging:

• Delivered in a reusable plastic bag.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Retain packaging for guarantee purposes
