Handling:

• Lift with at least two people.

• Do not fold, roll, or jump on the mattress.

• Misuse can damage the springs and upholstery and void the warranty.

Support:

• Use a strong, good-quality bed or base.

• Slatted beds: gaps must be no more than 4.5 cm (1.75 in).

• If gaps are wider, place a flat board over the slats.

• Damaged or weak bases may damage the mattress and void the warranty.

Cleaning & Protection:

• Keep liquids away � any liquid stain voids the warranty.

• Use a waterproof mattress protector.

• Do not use plastic sheets (may cause condensation damage).

• After unwrapping, air the mattress for a few hours.

• Air regularly by pulling back bed linen to improve airflow.

• Turnable mattresses: flip and rotate regularly.

• No-turn mattresses: rotate regularly.

• Avoid sitting repeatedly on the same edge.

Packaging:

• Delivered in a reusable plastic bag.

• Keep packaging out of reach of children.

• The bag may be required for warranty purposes.
