180x200cm., 150x200cm. and 120x200cm. pocket spring mattresses are considered as standard sizes and their prices are same as 183x200cm., 152x200cm. and 122x200cm. prices, respectively.

• Damage reporting: within 24 hours of delivery

• Late damage report: KES 2,500 facilitation fee (repair free if defect is manufacturing, user-related repairs charged separately)

• Factory assessment: Free if brought to Tatu City, Ruiru; presence required

• Delivery done within showroom area; management sets eligible items and lead times.

• Times may vary due to traffic or unforeseen events; express delivery available for a fee.

• Client or authorized person must receive items.

• Missed or rescheduled deliveries may incur a fee; notify 1 day in advance.

• Cancellations after dispatch may also incur a fee.

• Disagree with variable timing? Notify us in writing before delivery.

Handling:

• Always carry with at least two people.

• Do not fold, roll, or jump on the mattress, this damages springs and tufts and voids the warranty.

Support:

• Use a good-quality bed/base.

• For slatted beds, slat gaps ? 4.5 cm (1.75 in); otherwise, use a flat board.

Cleaning & Protection:

• Avoid liquids; any liquid stains void the warranty.

• Use a waterproof mattress protector; avoid plastic sheets.

• Air your mattress regularly.

• Turnable mattresses: flip & rotate regularly.

• No-turn mattresses: rotate only.

• Avoid sitting repeatedly on the same edge.

Packaging:

• Delivered in a reusable plastic bag; keep out of reach of children.
