• Delivery done within showroom area; management sets eligible items and lead times.

Handling:

• Always lift with two people.

• Do not fold, roll, or jump - this can damage quilt, and tufts, and void the warranty.

Support:

• Use a good-quality bed or base.

• Slatted beds: gaps - 4.5 cm (1.75 in), or place a flat board on top.

• Poor or damaged bases can harm the mattress and void the warranty.

Cleaning & Protection:

• Keep liquids away - any spills void the warranty.

• Use a waterproof mattress protector; avoid plastic sheets.

• Air your mattress regularly by letting it breathe under the bed linen.

• Flipable mattresses: flip and rotate regularly.

• Non-flip mattresses: rotate only.

• Avoid sitting on the same edge repeatedly.

Packaging:

• Delivered in a reusable plastic bag - keep away from children.
